Monthly Rental This is a unique family home available for just a few months this winter. The homeowners are opening up their home to visitors for a few months while they are away. Enjoy the colorful and beachy touches that this family has created to make this house their home. Located just a short block to the beach (with a public access at the bottom of the street) in a friendly, residential neighborhood. This fun, clean, and roomy home has 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine.HOUSE RULES AND NOTES*Note that there are two friendly cats that wander the property - they will not come inside, but will be around the home. Therefore, this unit is not recommended to anyone with allergies.*The travel trailer on the side of the home is NOT included.*This home has chickens in a coop in the rear of the backyard - someone will be coming by to check on them and feed every now and then. Any pets that stay at the home must be friendly and not apt to scare the chickens or bunnies.*There is no access to the playhouse in the backyard.*There is a hottub onsite, but it is not available to use and will be locked.*This is someone's primary residence. Please note that the owners have made their best efforts to make room for visitors' clothing and storage, but it is not set up as a typical rental property.*The garage will not be available for use
