Large Cayucos Beach House, Close to Beach, Pier, & Shops. Just updated 2021. This Large Beach home is great for large families and getaway weekends. We have just updated our home April of 2022, includes new flooring, kitchen countertops, baseboard, paint, and master bathroom; including two new bathroom vanities and much more. New gas oven and dishwasher. The four bedrooms sleep 10-12. We have a huge gathering room where the kitchen and TV room are located. This room usually becomes the place where everybody gathers while eating, watching TV, and just hanging out enjoying conversation. Also we have an upstairs balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Full laundry room. In the back yard, we have a full jacuzzi and a briquette barbecue for grilling.Cayucos is one of the last great American beach towns. The downtown area has great shops and antiquing as well as some fabulous restaurants both high-end and family-friendly. It’s situated 3 miles north of Morro Bay where you can see the historic Morro Rock. Cayucos is also about 15 miles south of Hearst Castle and Cambria and about 10 miles west of Highway 46, the heart of the famous Paso Robles wine region. It is walking distance to the little town of Cayucos. Cayucos has many fabulous restaurants and antique stores. We are close to many exciting activities, like Hearst Castle, kayaking, fishing, golfing, or whale watching in Morro Bay.
