This is truly a great cottage, but there is no question that being on the beach makes all of the difference in the world! You don't have to walk the kids to the beach! They are there! The hot water shower is right there in the backyard, steps away from the beach. If you have stayed in a home on the beach, you understand! If you haven't, now is your opportunity!The central coast is the up and coming wine region of California.
