All new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Flat screen TV (bring your streaming device) and electric fireplace to warm up the living room. Spacious patio with tables & chairs and a privacy panel to separate from next door unit. Shared common area laundry facilities as well as outdoor kitchen (coming soon); however, there are no personal barbecues available nor are they permitted on decks. Putting green adds another level of entertainment; however, children must be supervised during use. Sorry, these units do not permit pets or smoking of any kind. Parking for one vehicle only.
