Please contact us with questions.Important: This property is a duplex with 2 separate and self-contained homes that share a wall. In some cases you may be able to hear the guests in the adjoining unit. Laundry is shared in the garage between both units and there is shared parking in the driveway area, each home has 2 parking spaces for guests. Please be conscientious of the guests in the other unit during your stay. Important: Home sits on a bluff and does not have direct beach access, there is a path very near by for beach access.This stunning oceanfront home sits right on the bluff in Cayucos offering amazing views of the coastline. This home is a duplex and features 2 units, each with 2 bedrooms and a loft, and 1 full and 1 half bath. The units are typically rented individually but you can inquire if you are interested in renting both. Each unit has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the loft. Both have well equipped kitchens and have a great Cayucos beach home décor. Home features: Master with queen bed Second bedroom with 2 full beds; please note that this room does not have a door. Loft with queen bed Full bath with a tub/shower Propane grills with each unit High speed Wi-Fi, cable TV and access to streaming Laundry in garage Parking for 2 cars for each unit in drivewayNO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.
