Charming Getaway for Monthly Rentals With Amazing Ocean Views This lovely, quiet renovated two bedroom is on a hillside overlooking the town and the ocean. It is fully equipped with everything you would need to have a wonderful day. The living room has an oversize sofa, Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO. And high-speed Internet.The open kitchen faces the living room area and has an island with stove and countertops. This large room leads out to a side deck facing the ocean.The dining area converts into a second bedroom with a full size Murphy bed and a large closet. The mattress is extremely comfortable with a topper. This room has patio doors leading out to the back deck. The bathroom has a full large beautifully tiled shower (no tub). The bedroom has a queen size bed, armoire, desk, and leads out to the side deck. This home is within walking distance to the town, wine tasting, great restaurants and Moonstone Beach.Weekly rentals may be possible…so inquire with me.Please Only responsible renters who will truly take care of this lovely home. NO SMOKINGSorry No Cats. Many people have allergies to cat dander.Only one small non shedding dog under 25lbs. will be okay upon approval.
