Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator. The condo located in the middle of courtyard, west side.SANDCASTLE@AvilaCourt is a two story condo. The beach house is comfortably decorated with neutral sandy beach décor with a splash of beach vibrancy. The condo features hardwood flooring and high-end finishes.
