There's plenty of room to unwind between three living rooms and multiple outdoor sitting areas. Soak in the private hot tub, or enjoy a glass of wine and the expansive views on the upper balcony. A separate sun-dappled deck has additional seating to unwind outdoors.The welcoming main living area has hardwood flooring, a comfy couch, a love seat, and an oversized armchair. On the lower level, a second living area is furnished with a leather sofa and a 65-inch TV. Flooded with light, a third sitting area features a sofa (which converts to a twin-size sleeper), and a 37-inch TV. An open kitchen is outfitted with ample countertop space and a full suite of appliances, including a gas stove and roomy side-by-side refrigerator. Beside the kitchen, a breakfast nook seats four. Share sit-down meals in the formal dining area, where a large wooden table. The main bedroom offers a 55-inch wall-mounted TV and sweeping rural views. An en suite bathroom is appointed with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. The comfortable second, third, and fourth bedrooms each come with a queen bed. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom boasts a California king bed, wonderful views, and a large sitting area with a plush sectional. This home is in the heart of wine country, with easy access to both Paso Robles (12.5 miles) and San Luis Obispo (19 miles).
