The outdoor oasis is perfect for entertaining, with an exquisite pool, hot tub, covered outdoor kitchen, and an alfresco dining area. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the west-facing balcony while you dine.The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In the evening, gather around the gas fire-pit for conversations, and take advantage of the posh living area that features multiple sitting areas and a large flatscreen TV. A fee of USD $100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that a 3 night minimum is required for pool heating. Guests may contact Coast Vacation Homes after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound).-Office contains a pull out sofa bed. At booking, please inform Coast if sofa bed will be used. ATTENTIONThis home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.PARKING:Oversized gated 3 vehicle driveway. DO NOT PARK TOO CLOSE TO GATE OR MAGNETIC SENSOR WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO CLOSE.
