Located right in the middle of Austin & San Antonio, just a few miles off I-35, Pickett Place is the ideal location for any group to capitalize on all the attractions that Central TX has to offer. Guests of all ages will be comfortable while having tons of fun (the pups too!) as they experience the beauty of the quiet TX Hill Country all while being just minutes away from every store, restaurant or attraction needed to make a memory-filled, stress-free vacation of any kind complete. Fun: Ms. Pacman, Big Buck Hunter, Poker Table, Guitars, & Indoor mural with customizable marquee message make up our game room. Plus, head to the garage for shuffleboard, pool, foosball, & table tennis. Both rooms have smart TVs so you don't miss a moment of the big game. Chill: Grab a seat in our office library complete with TX themed books in every genre (history, fiction, fantasy, landscape, icons) & play chess, checkers or backgammon or a myriad of other board & card games for both adults and children. The office also has a monitor, keyboard & mouse for use with your personal laptop if any work or research needs to be addressed during your stay.Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine from the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool or seated by the outdoor fountain in the courtyard, swinging on the porch swing or hanging chairs or laying in the hammock as the deer & cattle graze in your unobstructed view of the property landscape.Relax: Each member of your group will be comfortable in this two-story, completely remodeled home boasting 3 King Bedrooms (2 of which have private bathrooms), a downstairs Queen suite with full bathroom + two rooms upstairs with multiple beds which share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Cook: Enjoy our oversized kitchen stocked with a keurig (individual pods + full pot capacity), blender, crockpot, griddle, pots & pans, all utensils, pitcher, chip & dip platter, large salad bowl & tongs, grill utensils, Tupperware, baking and serving dishes, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, toaster, microwave, wine/champagne/whiskey glasses, plastic, glass & stainless steel drinkware & more! You'll find everything you need to seamlessly incorporate your favorite meals (and beverages) into your stay. Kids: In addition to all of the games that will keep everyone entertained for hours, we want to make travel as easy as possible for our guests with littles. Pickett Place is stocked with 2 pack & plays (1 upstairs and 1 down), a highchair, sound machine, baby monitor, diaper changing pad, sippy cups, kid's plates & utensils, books and toys.The Pool: Towels, toys, inflatable volleyball, a baby float and 3 toddler puddle jumper floaties are available, as well as various floating devices for adults including six 4-in-1 floats & 2 innertubes.Pups: Dogs are welcome with a $40 per day per pet fee. 2 dogs max. No weight limit. We provide a memory foam dog bed, food & water bowl & treats. You'll also find waste bags and a large foldable metal crate and we ask that you please secure your pet in the crate if leaving them at the property unattended, as well as pick up after your pet in the yard so our next guests or staff do not have any unwelcome surprises.
