Relax on the porch in a rocking chair, enjoy snuggling up by the the indoor fireplace, read a book while soaking in the hot tub, or just do nothing at all - this is relaxation at its best!The open living, kitchen, and dining areas make it convenient for your family and friends to enjoy quality time no matter where they prefer to hang out. The game room was designed with both kids and adults in mind. Enjoy a night of poker around the game table, a competitive game of shuffleboard, or bust one of the good old fashioned family board games. Although the home only has 4 bedrooms, the owners very thoughtfully and strategically created a way for groups as large as 13 guests to enjoy the space together comfortably. The outdoor amenities do not disappoint offering a grill area, outdoor fire pit, a brand new swimming pool!Bedroom/Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom – 1 King bedBedroom 2 – 1 King bed, 1 Twin bedBedroom 3 – 1 Queen bedBedroom 4 – 2 Queen beds, 1 Twin bedBonus Room – 1 Twin bedPET POLICY: Pets are only allowed if they have been registered prior to your arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and a pet fee of $25.00 per pet, per night will be added once your pets are approved.SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
