Quaint and Quiet Room in Family Oriented Neighborhood THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO KITCHEN OR ANY OTHER PART OF HOUSE OTHER THAN WHAT IS DESCRIBED: This unit has two individual sleeping rooms. There is a private entrance in the rear of the house which has a security screen and leads to first bedroom (small 10' x 11'). It is furnished with a day bed with trundle, a dresser with flat screen TV, a mini-refrigerator, a window which looks out toward the patio, a closet, and a portable air conditioning unit. This room sleeps 2. Beyond this room is a second smaller bedroom (11' x 6') with ceiling fan, separate portable fan, and a closet. It has a memory foam futon (sleeps 1), flat screen TV, and a very small dresser. This room sleeps 1. Inside this room is a TINY (8' x 3') bathroom. In addition to these 2 bedrooms, for an ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT, there is a detached bedroom (converted shed) in back yard which has a bunk bed, rack for hanging shirts/pants, dresser, and an oscillating fan. This detached bedroom has no direct electricity, but does have a small lantern and WIFI. Although there is no guest access to laundry area, I would be pleased to do your laundry (wash/dry/fold) for a fee of $9.00 PER load; or if you prefer to hang your laundry out to dry on the backyard clothesline yourself, I will wash each load for just $3.00.
