Located 1 mile from the ocean, this upstairs unit has a wonderful view of the water and sunset from both the main living area and the large deck. The large dining area is appropriate for eating food that you bring in from one of the nearby restaurants or meals that you make in the large kitchen, which has all new stainless steel appliances. When it is time to clean up after a day at highly rated Moonlight Beach, you will find beautiful bathrooms that have been extensively remodeled. When relaxing in the evening, there is a 70" TV to enjoy a streaming device that you choose to bring. The fast wifi allows you and your guests to quickly post any surfing videos from close by and well known Swami's beach or simply catch up on shows you have been meaning to watch. There is off street parking and easy freeway access if you decide to visit downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter, 25 miles away. Interested in Legoland? 10 miles away.
