Family Friendly Beachy House Enjoy a family friendly retreat less than 1 mile from the beach and downtown Encinitas. Relax in the backyard or cook in the large kitchen! Easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Enjoy this relaxing 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a private large back patio. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest room has a queen size bed and opens up to a large patio/deck with outdoor shower. A large sectional in living room has a pull out sleeper. Eat dinner outside at the patio furniture set with seating for six or improve your tan on the lounge chairs. Shower outdoors with the outdoor shower. We provide a charcoal grill with tools, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels. The home has a laundry room with ironing board and iron. The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your gourmet dreams. We provide all the full-size appliances and coffee maker. Kitchen is open to the living space for great entertaining. The house is less than a mile from the world-famous Swami’s surf spot, downtown Encinitas restaurants and shops. All major grocery stores are within a five-minute drive. Legoland California is 15 minutes away and the San Diego zoo is 30 minutes away. Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Pets acceptable with prior approval by owner. This property is permitted in the City of Encinitas (RNTL-008151-2019). Permit includes 2 bedrooms, maximum occupancy of 5 and vehicle parking for 1 vehicle. Please note we collect the City of Encinitas 10% Occupancy Tax. Note the house is located on a lot with two houses. The property is the back house on the land, has off-street parking and its own separate secluded fenced backyard. The owner/operator lives in the front house but provides total privacy to property guests. If anything comes up during the stay, we are very responsive due to our proximity.
