Del Mar Home Steps to the Beach -10th Street-Monthly Rental Our vacation home is located in Olde Del Mar, and is steps from the beach. Del Mar is one of San Diego's most desirable beach communities. Our beach is well known for great surfing and it's charming beach town feel. Take a short walk to one of the many Del Mar Village restaurants/bars or stroll through the boutiques for a little shopping.Del Mar is also home to the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club and is a short 25 minute drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World and the museums of Balboa Park. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 2 queens, 1 full/double and 1 full/double sofa sleeper. 2.5 baths and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary items for your stay. Linens and towels are provided. Beach gear (chairs, umbrellas) and bicycles are provided. Secluded outdoor patio with huge deck has patio with dining space and propane BBQ. Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee out in the sunshine. A lifetime of memories will be created while staying in this home.Our home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, so please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
