There is also a day bed with a trundle in the home for additional sleeping space. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.- Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
