Newly renovated in 2022 it features a mix of mid-century modern and bohemian aesthetic that beckons you to unplug and enjoy the surrounding desert scenery.The crown jewel #1 of the home is the expansive enclosed backyard. This area was made for entertaining. Relax around the fire pit, lounge in the hammock, catch sunrise or sunset from the swing chairs, or stargaze in the hot tub. Play a friendly game of ping pong before sunset. The outdoors are equipped with seating, dining, and even an outdoor shower. There is even a basketball hoop in the driveway!The crown jewel #2 of the home is the completely renovated garage turned into a game room and bar!! Pacman is ready to go and drinks are ready to be served. An 85 inch TV is available for all of the move nights. This area is awesome for lounging and is even Air Conditioned.-BEDS & BATHS-Designed for groups of up to 8, There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king sized bed and en-suite with massive walk in shower and stand alone tub. Bedrooms 2 features bunk beds and additional twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a two double beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the full bath located in the hall with spacious walk in shower - Fully stocked with linens, towels and soaps.-KITCHEN & DINING-The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including a gas stove, and cabinets stocked with spices and a complete set of cookware. The indoor dining table seats 8 , and the island bar top seats 3-OUTDOOR SPACE-The outdoor space is stocked with places to relax!!.
