Next door, you can take full advantage of the additional amenities of the 4,000 sq. ft. recreation house that has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, a standalone large steam room and massage room. Additionally, there's a full kitchen, separate half bath, and an enclosed racquetball court. Outside you'll enjoy a full-size tennis court that doubles as a basketball court. The rec center is also perfect for work meetings with its standalone conference room that can accommodate up to 75 people comfortably.The property is a fully functioning cattle ranch that also includes over 350 acres of high fence stocked with exotic animals.
