While the home feels as if you have left civilization for the Northern Michigan wilderness, this home is 20-30 minutes from renowned golf courses, Boyne Mountain resort, and numerous other Northern Michigan attractions. Whether it is a chance to just get away and relax or to enjoy the outstanding destinations the area has to offer, this home will not disappoint. This home boasts three levels of knotty pine living. Each level has a private bedroom with a king-size bed. The top level has a king room and bunk room(twin over full bunk with a trundle. There are gathering spaces on each level, with the lower level boasting a projector and movie screen. The upper level has a 55-inch fire TV. The wifi signal is strong. While there is no dedicated office space you can definitely "WFH" if you needed but we hope that you don't have to! Guests will have access to the entire property as well as a private dock with a canoe and a four-person paddle boat.-- Please input the correct number of guests to ensure our housekeepers are properly taken covered for laundry expenses! A $50 additional guest fee per guest will be auto-charged if guests aren't listed. --Includes:• Gilchrist and Soames bathroom amenities• Smart TVs with Netflix and other streaming platforms• Free parking • Bed types: o Master bedroom: 1 King bed o Second bedroom: 1 King bed o Third bedroom: 1 King bed o Fourth bedroom: 1 Twin over full bunk and 1 twin size rollaway bed**The bedroom with the bunks is located on the top level. There are 3 levels to the home. A walk-out lower level with a king-size bedroom and full bathroom (stand-up shower). The main floor is at ground level with a king-size bedroom and full bathroom (stand-up shower), and then the top level has the bedroom with the bunk (twin over full with a trundle and a roll-away) and the king-size bedroom. This level also has a full bathroom with a standard tub/ shower combo and double sinks. This level also has a common area that looks over the main level with a leather sectional and a TV.
