Another single couch that sleeps one (1) comfortably and one smaller couch that is meant for a small child.The upstairs bedrooms sleep four (4).The property features a private land area, complete with a custom gate and keyless locks for added security and convenience.------------This accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, with the possibility of accommodating more if needed. Please note that an additional fee applies for parties exceeding 20 guests.We gladly welcome various events, including weddings, retreats, and more. Kindly reach out to us for inquiries regarding such events, as the pricing differs from what is shown here. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to host you!To enhance your culinary experience, we have provided an assortment of spices for cooking. These include turmeric, cayenne pepper, chives, thyme, paprika, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, oregano, bay leaves, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, rosemary, curry powder, marjoram, basil, red pepper flakes, onion salt, ground cumin, and yellow mustard. We have a coffee pot that takes pods and ground coffee. Please be aware that there is no hot tub available; instead, we have a spa that operates when the pool pump is turned on. As our property is located on a ranch, we kindly ask you to exercise caution and remain mindful of your surroundings. During the warmer months, it is possible to encounter snakes and other animals.Guests are allowed to bring ATVs and off-roading on the property. There would be a $50 fee per ATV for possible damage and added liability. It accommodates up to 20 guests, but the standard occupancy is 15. Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the standard occupancy.
