It is at the owner's discretion to deny hosting dog(s) and determining if the dog is a good fit for the property. Only dogs are allowed, no other pets are welcome. • PRICING:Please make sure your entire party including infants are registered in your booking regardless of the duration of the guest's stay. After 8 guests, additional guest fees will apply. DAY GUESTS:Host's Pre-approval is required for Day Guests use of the property. A Day Guests fee of $75 will be applied and arrangements made with the host. Day guest hours are 10am to 9pm.• POOL HEATING:Please inquire as there is an additional charge to heat the pool and advanced notice requirements. The pool heating can be seasonal and subject to weather conditions for availability. Closed during summer months.• WARNINGSThere is a pool on the property. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY. Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14. No glass is allowed near the pool. No diving into the pool. No intoxicated persons may use the pool. Since we are in the high desert, potentially hazardous, dangerous, and poisonous animals could be on the property. Please watch your steps while walking around the property for snakes, scorpions, and other animals. The local noise ordinance does not allow outside noise after 9pm. The neighborhood provides a quite stay for our guests and in return we offer the same for our neighbors.A propane tank is provided for guest's use of the BBQ and fire pit.
