It is equipped with all the latest TV streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi. As for the outdoor areas, there is a private patio with a lounge space and a dining table. On top of that, there is a foosball table and a sofa bed in the game room.The Villa's main features:- A hot tub to relax and unwind after a long day- Outdoor furniture- A game room for fun nights with everyone.- A private backyard with a dining table, to get immersed in the desert landscape.Services & Common areas:- There’s free parking on premises for 2 cars.Other Things to Note:- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.- To ensure the hot tub meet the best standards, our maintenance team will visit the property to check on it on Mondays. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.Policies:- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.House Rules: - Please make sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time.
