Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community.
