Kitchen stocked with dishes, drink ware, silverware, and pots/pans. 2 full baths stocked with towels. Brand new washer/dryer. Backyard features upgraded landscaping, a heated Pebble-tec heated pool with spa, outdoor table seating and lounge chairs, and BBQ. To enhance our guest experience, the pool/spa was updated Pentair EasyTouch controls made adjustable by the iPad located in the kitchen. Office area has large desk and computer work station has printer available. Located close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Perfect for spring training!! Over 2,200 square feet of living space!Pool is heated by solar with an electric Heat Pump for backup heat. Please cover pool after every use to ensure a comfortable experience for the next use. Spa heats to 96 degrees. Pool heat is $25 per day.
