It's the perfect place to relax with friends and family while enjoying the amenities of being right on Lake Barley. Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is known for its hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and wildlife viewing and nearby Lake Barkley State resort for it's lodge, marina, and 18-hole golf course. Restaurants and groceries in downtown Cadiz are about 10 minutes away.THE SPACEYou walk right into the main level living room with a large couch and plenty of seating facing the lake and the 55” LCD smart TV. The open kitchen layout with stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker and refrigerator with ice maker. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private bath and 55” LCD smart TV. It is on this top level with its own sliding glass door access to a private upper deck area with seating. The main deck extends the width of the house and has plenty of seating around a gas fire pit with an outdoor eating area with a gas grill as well as a smoker grill. From the main living room, stairs lead you down to the bottom level living room equipped with a trundle bed holding two twin beds, a 42” LCD smart TV, a seating area, and a sliding glass door leading out to the patio. This patio has a wood fire pit area, a swing and plenty of room for a game of corn hole. The king bedroom on this level has a 42” LCD smart TV and shares a full bath with the trundle bed living area. The large queen bedroom on this floor has a 55” LCD smart TV, its own private bath and sliding glass door access to the patio area. The driveway holds two cars, and there is plenty of parking area in front of the house.
