Bedroom #3 is a studio separated from the rest of the home, accessible on the ground level through the garage. Bedroom #1 is a bunk bed room with a total of 3 full size beds and 1 twin size bed, as well as a smart tv. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed overlooking the lake and a private balcony, plus a smart tv. Bedroom #3 features lake views from the queen size bed, private patio, fireplace, wet bar with coffee maker and fridge, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Studio separated from the rest of the home and is accessible on the ground floor through the garage for your privacy THINGS TO NOTE: - To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count.
