Charges may apply if left on the property.- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- As part of the listed occupancy this home also offers a sleeper sofa in the game room.- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door.
