ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Cable TVs along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.OUTDOORS - Charcoal barbecue and outdoor furniture including picnic table. Fenced yard with front deck and back patio. PARKING - 2 vehicle drivewayOwner has security cameras overlooking the exterior of the property. Other things to note:Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 5 guests.
