Fully-Stocked Kitchen:The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, and more. Things to note:- A maximum of (4) guests on the property at any time, including daytime visitors. - No TVs in the Bedrooms- No attic, so you can hear the rain on the roof (white noise machines in each room).- No blackout curtains (the main bedroom receives wonderful direct morning light).- Deck boards are older, so shoes are recommended.- No outdoor shower, but a Hose-off area on the stair landing is perfect for washing off yourself, beach gear, sandy feet, and more.- If the tide is high, we may not have a beach in front of the house, and you will need to walk down to the next block, where the beach is wider, or drive to a different area with more beach. ***With the recent storm, the walkover was taken out at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr and Oyster & Beach Dr. You can still walk onto the beach where the walkover was without having to walk through sand dunes or any vegetation at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr.***- No Smoking- No Parties - 4 people max on the property at all times, including visitors. - Home is not childproofed.We want to ensure Concha Cottage is the best fit for you before booking, so feel free to reach out with any questions!
