Relax and enjoy your stay!The spaceOur home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 3 bedroom (queen size beds) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.The house doesn't have a rear neighbor, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the grassland in the backyard with no interruptions.It's also two houses away from the parks, where you can play soccer with children playing in the well equipped playground (the playstructure is 3min walk from the house).It's 2 min walk to Gil Albiani recreation center, where you can reserve their facilities to host events, or enjoy the activities they are hosting throughout the year.The house is also within walking distance from the Elk Grove Library.Everything in our hour is BRAND NEW!We have high speed internet, also have Chromecast connected to TV, we also have paid for the Netflix subscriptions, so you can relax on sofa and enjoy all the shows for free!We have prepared 3 queen sized beds with pillow top mattresses for you to have a great quality sleep.High-quality hard wood flooring throughout the all house.Kitchen is fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the dining area for you to enjoy meals with your family.Open floor plan living area with comfortable sofas.Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby.High tech heat/AC vents, high tech smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed.Guest accessGuest have access to the whole house.
