We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.• Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.• The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan.• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
