Mediterranean-inspired architecture meets private resort-style living with a heated in-ground saltwater pool and spa, six chaise lounges, and comfortable seating areas in multiple outdoor living areas (two covered).There are also two fire pits and an outdoor kitchen that features al fresco dining for up to 4 people, an outdoor sink and meal prep area, and a gas BBQ grill, plus plenty of seating throughout the yard, giving you and your group plenty of space to spread out and relax.Add sweeping valley and Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountain views and you have a vacation paradise perfect for relaxing and entertaining!☀ Other things to note ☀From October through May, pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day and must be requested at least 24 hours before swimming. There is no jumping in the pool allowed and all guests must acknowledge and sign a waiver of liability. The property is located in Thousand Palms, with occasional strong wind and dust noted.Outdoor music is permitted but we please ask that you kindly respect our neighbors and ensure that the music is inaudible past the driveway gate. Please note there is no loud music at night or parties with more than 8 people permitted on the property at all times.
