But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.- Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.- No events or parties are allowed at this property.- This home has 3 sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options.- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).- Please note that the jukebox is non-operational.- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code.
