The indoors has soaring open truss concept ceilings with clerestory windows, phenomenal chef’s kitchen, and theater with lots of comfortable seating. There are two suites in the main house, along with two private guest houses. This ultra private compound is not something you see every day! Located in an exclusive area of Rancho Mirage, and only 5 minutes to El Paseo with its world class shopping and dining. Outdoors, the yard features a fully tiled pool and spa, surrounded by luxury lounge chairs that look out to the mountains. The outdoor covered kitchen is a grill master's dream, with a wood burning fireplace/BBQ, Kamado Joe grill, ceramic smoker Treager, and gas BBQ. The hard wood burning smoker requires professional operation. Outdoor dining for 12, plus 4 more seats at the outdoor kitchen bar. The resort amenities continue with a pickleball court, 83 yard par 3 golf green, and a wood burning outdoor fireplace, just perfect for stargazing at night. Indoors, the open concept great room has comfortable seating in front of the fireplace, a big screen TV and shuffleboard. It opens to the dining area that has table seating for 10. The incredible chef's kitchen is a delight to prepare meals in. It has an 8 burner gas range with griddle and grill, 3 gas ovens, 2 french ovens, gas/wood burning cooking fireplace, and a French tio (for sauces). There is also a wood burning pizza oven, as well as a salemandar that require professional operation. The large center island has bar seating for 4. The home is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The in home theater has movie style recliner seating for 8, a comfortable sectional, and X-Box setup. The main house has two of the Guest Suites. The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard, fireplace and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, shower with dual showerheads and huge walk in closet. Suite 2 has a King bed, private doors to the courtyard, walk in closet, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with soaking tub and shower. Additional powder bathroom in the main house. Two more suites are located in separate guest houses. Suite 3 has 2 Queen beds, flatscreen TV, and en suite bath with shower. Suite 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, and en suite bath with soaking tub and shower. Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 3 Queens. Sleeps 10. Parking for 8+ cars. Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washers, dryers, ironing board and iron. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is a few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells, home of the BNP Paribas Open, or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
