In the living room, sofas provide ample seating to enjoy your favorite movies or sports. Located next to the living room is the dining room, featuring a six person dining table and couple of large recliners for relaxation. SLEEPING QUARTERSThe main bedroom offers a king size bed, dual night stands, large closet, 55in. SmartTV, and en-suite bath. The bath features a walk in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 both feature queen bed, dual nightstands, 46in. SmartTV’s and large closets. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bath, featuring dual vanities and a walk-in shower. OUTDOORSThe small but cozy yard features a three burner natural gas BBQ, a six person outdoor dining table for you and your loved ones. The fire features are perfect for the colder nights, and warm in the six person above ground spa. Community pool is located 20 yards from the home. The community pool is not heated during winter months. THINGS TO DOThis unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage, 1 mile to The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property.
