The building is a block from Palm Canyon, providing easy walking access to bars, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, museums, hiking, and everything else Palm Springs offers. Gated underground parking is steps from the front door.Kitchen: Fully renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge, granite countertop, natural light, and two massive pantries. Amenities include a kettle, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, plenty of food storage containers, a drawer of office supplies, ice maker, and filtered water dispenser. The island features two leather stools for casual sitting and dining. Dining room: a combined space with the living room and open to the kitchen; this area includes a glass extendable dining room table under a brilliant Starburst dimmable chandelier. Six leather dining chairs, and three mid century leather stools at the kitchen pass through. Living room: a combined space with the dining room. The living portion consists of an oversized sectional lounging couch, with soft cotton throw blankets. Floor-to-ceiling windows with insulating blackout shades that open up to the outside patio. A glass coffee table holds controls for the large-screen TV featuring an AppleTV with almost every streaming service available for you to enjoy. The mirrored credenza with customizable LED trim lighting sits alongside the vintage pocket door wall to the home office room. Main Bedroom: features a kingsize bed with a new Purple mattress, Purple System sheets, soft cotton bedding, drawers and charging stations with power and USB-A and USB-C ports on each side of the backlit headboard, air purifier, additional air conditioning system, two massive closets with wood hangers and iron/ironing board, a dresser, an en-suite bathroom, and brilliant natural light. Second Room: a dedicated office with a couch/futon, seating, and gym equipment. The desk is an electronically-adjustable L-shaped standing desk, with a lamp and charging stations. There is a thick floor pad for working while standing, in addition to the Herman Miller ergonomic gaming desk chair. An oversize mid-century stuffed clamshell chair for reading, alongside the original restored oversized pocket door that opens to the living room. Currently this room is configured as a home office. The futon couch can fold open into a bed without an additional mattress if necessary, which we do not recommend. Patio: private, open-style desert-landscaped patio in the courtyard of the building. This space includes outdoor furniture, a sun umbrella, and a grill.Main bathroom: en-suite to the main bedroom and newly renovated with all marble. Escape into the floor-to-ceiling glass shower, featuring a water softener that will leave your skin and hair soft and protected. Plenty of storage with drawers and an open area under the sink, plus a built-in vintage medicine cabinet alongside the Zee Gallery mid century mirror. Luxury scent-free hand soap, a digital body scale, and a smart speaker, ceiling heater, and exhaust fan. Second bathroom:Also newly remodeled in all marble, l an extra-deep soaking bath tub, and luxury shower head. The toilet features a bidet, and our recommended bamboo toilet tissue paper. A moonscape decorative accent surrounds the lighting controls, outlets for charging your devices, a hair dryer, and a courtesy box with some limited personal supplies in case you need them. With many drawers and a vintage medicine cabinet, you will have plenty of space for everything you bring. Laundry: between the kitchen and dining room, a stacked washer/dryer combo unit is available for you to use any time. Wool dryer balls are available for you to use instead of fabric softener, which we recommend with the mineral-rich Palm Springs water supply to treat your clothing best. Parking: below the condo building is Palm Springs historic first underground parking garage. Secured and accessible only with a security clicker, you have one assigned parking spot available for your use. Elevators down to the parking garage are available in the lobby, as well as a stairway right next to the unit. There is a short-term surface-level guest parking lot, open directly into the corridor to our condo unit, which you can use for easy and direct loading and unloading.
