Inside, you'll find a chic-inspired living room area with a large flatscreen Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and an inviting coffee table with two orange chairs. The central air conditioning makes this condo complete for the perfect desert getaway!The kitchen is separate from the living room and offers all the basic appliances and cookware to be the star of the group by preparing mouth-watering and cost-saving meals. There's even a dishwasher that will do the dishes for you. The dining table seats five, or you can take mealtime up a notch and enjoy it on the patio. The patio is covered and offers a small dining area for two, a comfortable sofa, and your very own gas grill.This condo offers two bedrooms, each one with an ensuite full bathroom, but only the main bedroom offers a flatscreen TV and access to the back patio that looks over the pool and central ground. You will also have access to the shared heated outdoor pool, pool spa, and tennis courts. WHAT’S NEARBYThe condo is in a gated community about half a mile from Palm Canyon Drive and right in the heart of Palm Springs, which means you'll be within easy walking distance of countless restaurants, a Starbucks, grocery stores, and much more! The Palm Springs Art Museum, Moorten Botanical Garden, the Vineyard Shopping Center, and Regal Cinemas are also within close proximity to the condo. Golfers will have a choice of countless courses nearby including Mesquite Golf and Country Club, Cimarron, and Tahquitz Creek. THINGS TO KNOWPool towels are provided.Guests are required to stay for a minimum of 14 nights. The HOA will issue a fine of $2000 if this is not met.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 2.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
