Closer to home, you can enjoy the pool and tennis on-site. Upon entering the open concept space, you will immediately admire all of the pops of colors, unique patterns, and shimmering decor! There is a living room space with comfortable furnishings, an eccentric dining area boasting a dainty chandelier, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating. The desk allows students and remote workers to complete their projects, and the piano sets the stage for many amusements. For a change of pace, head out to the covered patio and sit awhile. A grill is provided for at-home barbeques. Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
