There is no in person interaction with host.This listing for the entire property. The duplex is two separate units with their own private entrances. There are no shared indoor spaces, but there is a shared backyard with a pool, BBQ, and fire pit. There is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit and a three bedroom, two bathroom unit. Both units have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, and washer/dryer. Enjoy time with friends and family while having the ability to retreat to your own space.We allow dogs - one time $50 fee (covers up to three dogs)Pool heating is available for $80/dayBoth additional fees are collected prior to check inGuest accessGuests have exclusive access to the home and pool.Other things to noteHome has excellent mesh network WiFi coverage (200 Mbps down/10 Mpbs up through Spectrum).
