Desert Place is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella and Stage Coach music Festivals and minutes to endless hiking and biking trails. ADDITIONAL FEES: POOL and SPA heating available with additional fee. PET (dogs only) Fees apply. It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests. Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.
