We have The Cove Water park near by in our very quiet neighborhood. The retreat is a cheerful and comfortable open space and our back yard is very relaxing. All rooms have new beds, dressers, Tvs, all sparkling clean and sanitized rooms. Our Master bedroom has an open space and a very nice flat screen Tv.Parking, while pulling into the driveway, please park to the Right space and enter on the right side of the house. The left space is saved for other guests.Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We ask that our guests respect our other guests in the home as well as our neighbors as well while they enjoy their stay with us.We wanted to share some surrounding attractions that you may be interested in that are within 5 miles of us:Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center (has 851, 4.4 stars)Mount Rubidoux Park (has 3,651, 4.8 stars)The Cove Waterpark (has 1,124, 4.2 stars)Vernola Park (has 347, 4.5 stars)Some items to keep in mind during your stay;1. If you’re booking our room, you Must Be Present At All Times, not just during the check in. We do not allow guest to book for their friends and family while they are not present (sleeping overnight).2. For your safety and our other guests, we have security cameras installed throughout the property.3. The bath towels and wash cloths are not disposable items, there will be a replacement fee if they are contaminated or damaged.4. No indoor smoking of any kind, if this rule is broken, we will charge a $250 odor removal fee to your reservation.5. The maximum number of occupants in the unit is 8 at all times, even visitors. 6. Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night.Tax: 8 % of Rental Amount
