A full sunken wet bar overlooks the pool area through a picture window and the dining area that seats six and has a handy side table, ideal when entertaining. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a center island with gas cooktop, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, quality stainless appliances, walk-in pantry and plenty of pre-space with room for more than one cook! The owners love to cook and entertain, and it shows in this extremely well supplied kitchen with everything you need to prepare casual meals or set an elegant table for guests. Truly a kitchen that loves a cook … or vise-versa! Originally a five-bedroom home, one room has been converted to an office/den with desk and comfortable sofa-bed. It has doors that close for privacy and can still be used as a bedroom for additional visitors.The luxurious primary suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed with quality linens. It is a sunny room with a high, beamed ceiling, Smart TV with Spectrum cable app, ceiling fan, sitting area and walk-in closet. The Jack & Jill bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower.Down the hallway, on the way to the garage, you’ll find a large, dedicated laundry room with high-end front-loading washer and dryer, sink and storage galore. The end of the hallway leads directly to the garage with space for two cars plus a golf cart.A fourth bedroom is located in a detached casita on the far side of the poolside patio. It is a separate living space ideal for privacy; maybe a nanny; sometimes called a mother-in-law suite. It has been furnished with a queen size bed with quality linens and an entire living room suite with comfortable furnishings, mounted Smart TV with Spectrum cable app, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and drapes that can be closed for privacy from the pool area. There is a convenient wet bar with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The en-suite has a single sink and seated walk-in shower. It also has a door leading directly to the pool area, making this bathroom convenient to poolside guests.Fly Me to The Moon!I cannot say enough about this beautiful home. The cool, hip vibe is felt throughout without seeming cold. It is radiant, yet warm and comfortable inside and out. The kitchen has everything you could wish for and is ideal for entertaining. Every piece of furniture is quality and was chosen with comfort and beauty in mind. The home has tile floors throughout with the exception of the primary suite which has new, plush carpet. There is also a scattering of area rugs for comfort. All rooms are light, sunny and bright with high ceilings, lots of windows bringing in natural light and the home has that squeaky clean feeling. The home is located in a quiet, high-end neighborhood with easy access to HWY111, El Paseo and La Quinta. It is truly a dream of a vacation home. You will love this home “To the Moon and Back!”The beautiful landscape surrounding the home and patios are professionally cared for once a week and the pool is cleaned twice a week. The home has Smart TVs with cable in the living room, all bedrooms as well as two on the poolside patio and high speed wi-fi ideal for streaming movies and taking zoom calls. There are no landlines, but the owners will consider adding this amenity with free US and Canada calling for bookings of three months or longer.
