Conveniently located on a large corner lot with a street to street driveway.The Master suite has a Deluxe Cal King bed, Hardwood floors, Large closet, Makeup vanity and its own separate AC/Heating. The master bath features a glass enclosed shower, free standing tub and a double vanity. Slider door to Courtyard.Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Daybed with trundle, closet, TV, and slider door to courtyard.Bedroom #3 has a Deluxe Cal King Bed, Large closet, remote ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.The fully equipped kitchen is well appointed to make cooking and entertaining easy. A large center island for preparing gourmet meals is easily accessible. Modern Stainless Steel Appliances, Sub-Zero fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher and everything needed to cook wonderful meals.Living Room has a 65" LG Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) with Spectrum streaming service and has 1 of 2 gas fireplaces in home. Space heaters are also available in bedrooms.Covered outdoor patio has a dining table with seating for 6 and gas BBQ with a side burner for outdoor cooking at its finest.Guests have full home and community access except for the garage.QUIET HOURS are 10pm-7am.ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED!THERE ARE NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY.There is NO Fence surrounding the pool (Therefore the Child Restrictions). Over 12 is okay. Pool is unheated.PRIMARY RENTERS MUST BE 35+ YEARS OF AGE.There is a mandatory CITY OF INDIAN WELLS TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (13.25%) that will be collected in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning.PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES.
