Indoor Gas fireplace with clicker to turn it on and off, two large sliding glass doors overlooking pool and mountains. Spectrum TV and premium chanels via ROKU devices in all rooms including stereo and Alexa in living room. When using ROKU device it is recomended that you use the Spectrum TV app. High speed Internet capable of streaming on Apple TV. The property is in the city of Indian wells very close to all major resorts. If you choose to heat pool be sure to take photo of gas meter and text to 310-710-1578, when you arrive and leave. This will help refund any money for gas and electric not used.
