Plates, utensils and glasses for more than ten people … everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. Dining table seats eight plus, breakfast table for four, and outdoor dining table for four with extra seating available overlooking the pool area. Bedding for up to eight adults. Spacious one floor with a master bedroom featuring a king bed with en-suite bathroom consisting of a spa tub, separate shower, and double vanity sink. Also includes a private sliding glass door leaving to an outdoor breakfast table for 2 overlooking the lush backyard landscaping and pool area. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed including 2 twin beds. Adjacent bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and double vanity sink. The casita bedroom #4 features a queen bed and an en-suite private bathroom with shower. Smart TV in living room with spectrum premium cable channels and apps. Living room features a gas operated fireplace. Master bedroom features a TV with Roku. Casita features a TV with Roku.
