LIVING AREA Relax on the leather sofas and watch a movie on the Apple TV in the main living area. A second living space offers a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plush seating. KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops sparkle in the well-equipped kitchen. When meals are ready, the table accommodates six. BED & BATH This single-level rental sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms in the main home and one bedroom in the casita. The primary suite features a king bed, 50' smart TV, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed (one of them has a desk with computer monitors). The fourth bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, 50' smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. A half bath creates added convenience. The private casita presents a bedroom with a queen bed, a bistro table for two, patio access, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Your outdoor mountain-view paradise is perfect for spending leisurely days. Unwind on one of the loungers next to the pool (5' deep) and spa. Make use of the gas grill and dine alfresco on the spacious patio. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for five cars (two in the garage and three in the driveway) are provided. One guest bedroom doubles as a home office with dual monitors for working remotely. LOCATION Located in the gated community of Indian Wells Country Club and just minutes from the highway, this rental provides seamless access to the best of the area. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the array of hiking trails within proximity.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
