There are two bedrooms and full bath on the main level plus two large bedrooms with charming dormer windows, bath with shower and attic storage upstairs for a total of 4 bedrooms, 1.75 baths. A large, sunny wrap-around deck is ideal for entertaining with outdoor dining and propane BBQ. Newly added Hot Tub! Large fenced in yard with plenty of room for your fur babies to run around.PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals.
