The private fenced-in backyard beckons with its seating for 6, a BBQ, and a brand new hot tub, all set amidst the charm of a giant “Idyllwild boulder.” Alternatively, you can opt for the elevated wrap-around deck, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains, cedars, pines, manzanita, white lilacs, and Japanese plum trees, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. The main floor also hosts a well-appointed bedroom with a queen bed and a full guest bathroom, providing comfort and convenience for guests. Ascending to the upstairs loft, you'll be greeted by the sunlit and spacious master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bath with a double shower, offering a private sanctuary for relaxation. An additional bedroom with a queen bed and a writing desk completes the primary loft, providing a tranquil space for journaling or catching up on emails.PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning.-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals.
