The deck is the perfect place to hang out during all seasons to enjoy the beautiful nature of Idyllwild. The living room has a very large, comfortable couch which is perfect for a movie or game night with the group. The living room windows bring the outside nature inside the home, allowing the home's stunning views both inside and outside the home.The home features two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. The master bedroom has expansive windows, allowing you to wake up to an incredible view. The home has 1.5 bath, and both bathrooms connect to the shower. The home is pet friendly as well, so feel free to bring your fur baby with you and enjoy a weekend of relaxation in the mountains!PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning.-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately. - Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.- Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles.(Seasonal Restrictions Apply)- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals.
