Little Dairy Haven: Romantic and Charming Studio with Spa! Welcome to Little Dairy Haven! This charming cottage is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway with a loved one or even alone. When you walk into the property, you will fall in love with the home’s country charm; beautifully and meticulously decorated to create an appealing ambiance, celebrating the property’s long history as a dairy farm. Little Dairy is set up as a studio but offers all the necessary amenities and a plush queen bed. The kitchenette includes a microwave, 1 hot plate, a standard coffee maker, and a mini-fridge; the home has Wi-Fi and a television set up so you can stay connected. (The Wi-Fi signal is intermediate and not ideal for streaming or conferences; a hot spot is suggested.) The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a skylight for views of the beautiful clear blue sky. The yard is fenced-in, so your furry friend can run around and enjoy the property as much as you do. The property also has a hot tub, great for use throughout all seasons. It is located in a historic Farmhouse Village that was built in the late 1920s, just a few blocks from town. You can take a nice scenic 5 min walk amongst the tall pines. Little Dairy Haven has it all: charm, romance, amenities, location, and significance. Book today and take a weekend vacation in this delightful cottage!Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals.
